The experienced team at LSCG encourages each and every individual to participate in daily living tasks, reinforcing life skills and maximising independence. With the help of LSCG’s specialist supported employment service and social enterprises, people can access real-life training and work opportunities.
CARING
Along with staffing levels that can provide one-on-one support, embedding the principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), our support team also includes a dedicated Behavioural Analyst, a Speech and Language Therapist, and Job Coaches.

London & Surrey Care Group provides specialist small-scale residential support and a range of supported and independent living projects for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Through our specialist programmes of education, activity and supported employment – at home and in the community – we lead individuals on a journey to greater independence, preparing them for the transition to independent living at their own pace.

OUR NEW HOME IN HOUNSLOW IS ALMOST READY!
In June 2023, we plan to open our flag ship home, 49 BATH ROAD, a landmark building located in Hounslow town centre.
We have been working tirelessly to develop an innovative model to deliver continuous high-quality care but also provide the 'right support, at the right home' that would enable and empower our prospective service users.
