Job Opportunities in Our Upcoming and Planned New Services:

Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Hounslow (easily accessible by car or bus)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time / Rota-based

Do you have the commitment and positive values to make a difference to the lives of adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, including autism, mental health and challenging behaviour?

We are looking for energetic, resourceful and fun-loving individuals who are hardworking and keen to join our friendly teams at a time of significant development and growth.

You will be responsible for inspiring, motivating and assisting the people we support and play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing high quality, person-centred care and support to residents to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities. You must be willing to actively embrace all aspects of the role including support with personal care and domestic tasks as well as community activities such as swimming, dancing, cycling, walking, arts and crafts and horse riding.

Prior experience in this field of work is beneficial, although not a substitute for an engaging, creative and person-centred approach. We will value the personal skills and interests you bring to the role and to the lives of residents, such as sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, and cooking; to name but a few!

You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and to work flexibly and positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos. This will enable you to plan alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.

In addition to opportunities for personal and career development, this role offers unique and challenging opportunities bringing great job satisfaction to those who are looking to make a positive difference to the lives of others.

This is a role which can be enjoyed by people who are committed to making a positive difference, including experienced care workers, graduates and people looking for a stimulating career path into social care.
