OUR NEW HOME IN HOUNSLOW IS ALMOST READY!

In June 2023, we plan to open our flag ship home, 49 BATH ROAD, a landmark building located in Hounslow town centre.

We have been working tirelessly to develop an innovative model to deliver continuous high-quality care but also provide the 'right support, at the right home' that would enable and empower our prospective service users.

We pride ourselves in not only operating high quality care and support services, but also designing and building bespoke accommodation around the needs of our people. All of our developments create environments that promote choice, independence and flexible living, to meet the continued demand for our services.

One of the key criteria our homes must all meet is that they should sit at the heart of their community. Not only is this important for professionals and family members coming to visit, but it is also vital for the wellbeing and development of the people we support.
Getting involved locally with a range of activities, enjoying local amenities, shops, parks and other open spaces – safely and under the guidance of our staff – are important steps towards developing life skills, confidence and reaching for an even brighter future.
Indoors and out, our Development Team brings years of experience and know-how. Designing homes, not houses. Flexible accommodation is central to our ethos, modular spaces that can bring people together or provide privacy and an oasis of calm.

All our residential bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathrooms. Rooms can be adapted to a person’s changing needs and their own tastes. Maintenance and cleaning are made easier, thanks to thoughtful design touches and the use of appropriate surfaces, fabrics and materials.

They include safely designed kitchens where our people learn to prepare meals together – everything from a homely stew to a refreshing brew.
Together, they will learn life skills that will enhance day to day life and, better still, broaden their accommodation options for the future.

At London & Surrey Care Group we also offer a range of supported and independent living projects for people with learning disabilities and autism. The projects and services range from self-contained apartments which require minimal support through to shared accommodation that provide 24-hour intensive support to the individuals.

Many of our service users will have moved into the accommodation directly from living with parents or carers with some moving directly from a residential school into adult services.

London & Surrey Care Group provides additional family support services to ensure and support the transition into the individuals new home and will develop specific developed projects on request.
